the world. This is a small company making very high quality fly
reels that you will not see in every fly shop or in box stores.

the reels in person is what sells them instantly.
The year 2006 marks our
10th anniversary, and for this special year we are introducing many
new models and enhancements to our award winning Nautilus line of

of tactical reels, the FW Plus series, designed to accommodate specialty
lines and increased backing capacity for added fresh and salt water
applications. In the larger reel sizes, we have launched an addition
to the Blue Water and Spey families, the Nautilus 12T; and finally,
and most importantly, we are launching the Nautilus CCF Disc Brake
System™, the smoothest, toughest, and simply put the best drag available
in the market today.

When a fish makes a hard run for freedom, you've got to be ready
to bring him back in before he's gone forever. Redington reels deliver.
Smooth drags sing oh-so-sweetly on the way out, protecting tippets
from breakage even if you're lucky enough for the fish to hit backing.
Whether it's big water or small streams, the Redington family of
reels continually performs every time a fish puts one to the test.
There are a lot of fly reels on the market today. However, there
are no other companies like Ross Reels USA. When you expect a reel
to last a lifetime, the company you buy it from better still be
in business to support you. After more than 30 years of manufacturing
precision machined fly reels, Ross Reels still leads the industry
in quality, service and customer support! We have an on-site, fully
staffed research and development facility that works on nothing
but new product development and current product improvements. As
a result, our products have been awarded more industry awards than
any other fly tackle manufacturer in the world. This is one of the
most successful US fly reel companies. The Ross "FlyStart"
2 ($39.00) is the top selling entry level fly reel at Kiene's.

No matter how technological the fishing industry becomes, it's nice
to know it still holds a place for the timeless values of integrity
and Old World craftsmanship. In the world of fly fishing, that place
is occupied by legends like Billy Pate, Lefty Kreh and a Hungarian
tool and die master with a passion for fly fishing and a gift for
reel design: Tibor "Ted" Juracsik
Product design is the marriage of materials science and engineering
with vision, creativity and art. It is the pursuit of product perfection
through superior performance, simplicity and grace. It was a passion
for product design combined with a love for sport that formed our
company. The Waterworks-Lamson is unique among fly fishing companies.
We are not a machine shop selling reels, we are not a marketing
company importing products from overseas. Our focus is exclusively
on fly fishing products, our expertise and experience is in product
design, and we are committed to the highest standards of domestic
manufacturing.
Archuleta's Reel Works
was established in 1984 in Santa Rosa, California from a need for
quality professional repair work on broken or neglected fishing
reels. I have been fishing all my life and have been repairing and
maintaining my own reels and those of my friends for many years.
I graduated from San Jose State College with a B.S. in Industrial
Education, and my career as a prototype machinist for a large company
enabled me to manufacture reel parts that were no longer available.
What began as a hobby became a part time small business. Since I
am a devout fly fisherman, I decided to specialize in fly reels
only and now do repair work for many fly shops and individuals throughout
the world. Having recently retired from my full time job, I have
relocated to Grants Pass, Oregon, and am devoting all my time to
the reel business.
