A great rod begins with a great blank, an ACR or SAGE blank. Before any work begins the blank is checked for straightness and the spine is located and marked. All Anderson Custom Rods are built on spine, always! A lifetime warranty on workmanship and materials is your with rods built on Sage and ACR blanks.

We select from the best Portuguese cork for the handle grip, Then shape it to fit your hand and needs. Ultra-fine, Full Wells, or our unique Saltwater, Unigrip, what you want is what you get.

Guides used on out rods are the best in the industry, either Fuji or Perfection. Before wrapping, the feet are carefully hand ground to a fine taper to allow the thread wraps to merge from the blank to guide perfectly. This makes our ultra thin epoxy coating all the more striking.
