Posting photo on profile?

I've seen several boards similar to this where we can post a photo as part of our profile which shows up when we post on the board. Is this possible on the new bulletin board? If so, how?

Photo Profiles (Avitars) are now set up. If you go to your profiles (Click Prifile on top of screen), on the bottom of your personal profile page you will see where you can upload it. Photos can be no greater than 80 pixals in both height and width, and the file size can not be any larger than 20K. If anyone needs help in making an avitar that will work, fell free to email me your photo, and I will get it fixed for you. Enjoy

Be sure your photo is a closeup and has some contast becuase they are going to be pretty small and hard to see much detail.
